SHIPPING

At this time we currently ship within the U.S. only.  Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and are shipped via USPS.  A tracking number will be provided.  Orders placed on Friday after 3pm EST will be processed on Monday.  We do NOT ship on weekends and Holidays.  

Please ship packages to a secure location as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We hope to expand to international shipping soon.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand behind our products and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.  Every piece of jewelry is hand assembled in-house by us.  We use semi-precious stones which often vary in color or clarity as they are found this way in nature making each piece of jewelry unique. 

*We accept returns on all products in their original condition, unworn and unused. Items must be returned within 10 days of confirmed delivery date and must be in their original packaging.  You are responsible for shipping charges back to us.  

In the event that you receive a piece of jewelry that is damaged or becomes damaged within 30 days of purchase we are happy to repair it free of charge.  Please email us at info@plecasjewelry.com and provide your name, phone number, item name and images of the damaged product.

Repairs are completed within 3-4 weeks.  You are responsible for shipping charges.
